feature: configurable tasks directory

First off, I'm sorry if this feature already exists. I've looked at the docs, but haven't found anything!

I sometimes work on projects where the rest of the team doesn't use mise. Sometimes, these projects contains a scripts folder with... scripts... for various build tasks.

I'm looking for a feature where I can instruct mise, through a local mise.toml file, to not look for the mise-tasks directory, but instead look at scripts (or something else).

This would allow easy integration into code-bases that doesn't already use mise, as adding a mise.toml file would be considered less of a change than renaming an existing scripts directory to mise-tasks.

If you are the only one using mise, you can add a mise.local.toml to .git/info/exclude. See this entry: https://mise.jdx.dev/faq.html#i-don-t-want-to-put-a-mise-toml-tool-versions-file-into-my-project-since-git-shows-it-as-an-untracked-file
