Add changelog/release notes to mise self-update

Would it make sense to add a link to the current release notes and changelog to the self-update command?

this is a good idea, but it would make more sense to go into self_update I think. In fact I don't think mise could actually do this without moving away from self_update in a useful way. Surprisingly I didn't see an issue that mentions this yet.

Agree, looking at the code, it would be nice to have an option to add a link to the release notes: (like .changelog_link(...) or .show_release_notes(true) that directly links to the release page on GitHub.

Other options:

• break the self_update code into two parts (i.e. fetch releases, then download)
• always show a link to the release notes when running the command (even if no new versions are available)
