Is the project alive or moved to esp32?

I moved on to the ESP32 (https://github.com/jeanleflambeur/esp32_bridge_broadcast). It's has some significant advantages compared to the 8266.

But as far as I am concerned - this project is functional as it is.

Is it correct that esp8266 bridge could be used for Telemetry sending?
