Issues on Secondary Monitor

Hello,

I can successfully launch Virt-Manager on Mojave and connect to my libvirt hosts.

However, when I move the console window or primary window to a secondary monitor, mousing and clicks are 'skewed'. Also, drop downs from the windows will not show. The only way for me to work with it is on the primary display.

Is there any fix for this?
