Subrip subtitles are not working. They play fine on the Android Jellyfin app, so I know it is not a problem with the file. I had opened a previous bug related to PGS subtitles. Please help.

Try changing the SUBS format to SRT with subtiltes edit.

Seconding this, having the same issue on version 2.2

I am still having issues with subtitles. It is driving my wife crazy. Doesn't matter what type. Even SRT. I even bought a new Roku Ultra to see if that fixed the issue.

It appears to be an issue with Roku. I found that I have to exit the Jellyfin app and reset the captions under the accessibility settings menu. Then the captions work correctly. Not sure if this helps.
