100 gists maximum showed

Even though I have way more than 100 gists, it still shows just 100 🙈

Yeah, this is a known bug. The problem is that the gists are paginated, so I need to loop over all of them to count them. If you're worried about you're score though, you get the max score for gists with 100 gists!

If you want to, I'll merge any pull request you make to make this work. If not, I should hopefully be able to get to it in the next couple weeks once I return from vacation.
