Questions currently are bucketed under one and only one overarching 'theme' each, e.g. 'communication' or 'management.' Many of these questions start blurring the lines a bit, however.
A more flexible way to associate questions to specific topics/themes -- and for readers to 'filter' questions based on what 'theme' they're interested in exploring w/ their interviewing company -- might be useful.
