Caching Issues after updating

I opened a browser that I didn't visit the website with in a while, and several things like functionality and formatting were broken (unfortunately didn't get screenshots). A hard reload fixed it. I suspect that several things were kept in cache that shouldn't have been. It would be good to review your cache policy, or maybe consider versioning things that are cached.

P.S. The things that I noticed were broken:

• the page at non.io, was just the top bar and nothing else
• the vote, comment and time were vertical bullet points

Super interesting! I haven't seen this, but was just considering lowering the cache times on elements. This is validation I need to do this. Thank you for the report!
