This should have the following capabilities:

There is a user settings somewhere.
- They can change email, password, maybe username?
- Display if they are verified or not.
  - If they are unverified, offer to resend verification email.
There is a users page only available to admins
- Similar to displaying movies on the movies page, this will display all users and their information.
- Allow editing of this information, deleting users
