We will want to try to get the logo element from target web page. Our steps should be-

-- Skip this if there is a defaults.logoText entry in our config.js file and just use that text

Find a header element (either header tag, header id, or a header class), otherwise use full page as our search target
Search for a logo element, same method as above
If no logo or logo image is too large, use text
