Integrate toupcam plugin?

I've recently been working on a plugin for ToupTek microscope cameras: https://github.com/JohnDMcMaster/gst-plugin-toupcam/

Someone suggested you might be a better long term place for it rather than a dedicated repo. Would you have any interest in merging this in? At what stage would that make sense?

Interesting, but I'm a little uncertain because I don't have any cameras I can use with it. I have at least added it a list of capture plugins. If you or someone would like to create a merge request adding the code and support using the CMake build system we use, I would likely accept it, so long as it doesn't impact the other plugins.
