Did you ever have the issue "error NU1301: Unable to load the service index for source", as I followed your stuff but it doesnt seem to work for me.

Others have said that deleting the nuget.config (which will get re-created) solved the issue https://stackoverflow.com/questions/41185443/nuget-connection-attempt-failed-unable-to-load-the-service-index-for-source
