It’s only in the last four or five years that my life has really settled down. It was pretty chaotic before that. Looking into some of the ancient Indian spiritual traditions was immensely helpful to me.
Whereas before I was constantly anxious, now my life is peaceful and I am at ease in the world.
I find Rupert Spira easy to listen to. My family has roots in Wales, so perhaps that's part of why I appreciate his calm, precise and thoughtful way of speaking.
