i think the bug is similar to each other so i murged them both into one. Sometimes i would see the smaller split of flies taking 5 or 6 turns of Burning damage and this is really common. The other bug is not as rare, but had seen summoned guardians of Elite Champions walking straight to me and hitting me endless times while i was soft locked. For the latter issue, it happened 2 times (once with the Sewer Crab and the second with the Gnoll Scout) so unfortunately, i have no evidence.

Chal list was Dungeon of Champions, Horde and Extermination.
