does not show jobs/pairs because of failing re-login #184

Sometimes, star-exec-presenter will not display a job or a job pair because

it is private on starexec (only visible to my starexec account)
fetching the data fails because s-e-p's automated login to starexec fails

This is a form of privilige escalation that should perhaps be avoided altogether
(star-exec-presenter will only show public jobs/pairs).

But then I should check that all competitions jobs are public. (I thought they were.)
