Requirements

~~load_default_pointer(). Loads a xcursor icon from a lz compressed byte array which is located in header~~
~~include function to load xcursor icon from file on disk~~
Cursor should be rendered based on the notify_pointer_motion callback
coordinates
~~Update drm_lz to include compression of the default pointer.~~
The default pointer used needs a compliant license
