Describe the security implications of multiple namespace support. It could be this:

Todd has ClusterAdmin authority. He installs Kabanero, which includes the master collections, in the Kabanero namespace. (He could choose any namespace however)
Todd is the only persona with ClusterAdmin authority. Todd works with Champ and creates a set of Namespaces for Champ and the development teams to use.

Champ, who has Namespace admin authority, makes the webhook connections to the Github repos associated with the namespaces and installs the Master collections in the application namespaces as needed.

Todd tells Jane which namespaces she needs to use for app development. Jane only has Namespace admin authority for the namespaces she is working with.
