We need to provide an easy way to pass in Open ID connect registration config into a newly provisioned Open Liberty server, allowing it to automatically hook into an Open ID Connect provider

hi @jtmulvey - to minimize the amount of container mutation, is there a server.xml snippet that we could include in an application image, with value holders for environment variables that the operator could then set?
