Good afternoon,
As you know, each map viewer can show various layers. One example is the Global Groundwater Quality Portal, which includes the layers: PFAS contamination, Arsenic- probability of occurence, etc.
Currently, in order to see a description of the layers, the user can click in the button 'Metadata'. The problem is that this is the metadata of the whole viewer, not for a particular layer.
As it is now, in 'Abstract' there is a summary of the content of each layer. But we would like to be able to see the content of each layer in particular. For instance, by clicking in a layer and getting a pop-up window or similar (see below)
Can you please implement this or a similar alternative? One example of something like this can be seen in GAP Maps (https://www.gapmaps.org/Home/Public). Thanks!
