Identify type of data under each well

Good afternoon,
I would like to include an indication of what type of data is available per well, in the Well and Monitoring data record, possibily under 'Description'.

The idea is to have 2 new fields, which can be filled in with either "yes" or "no". The fields are:

Groundwater levels: Yes/No
Groundwater quality data: Yes/No

I would also like to know if you could fill them in directly. Basically, we have grounwater levels only everywhere, except in New Zealand (we want to change this in the near future, so that's why we need these two fields). In New Zealand, in some wells we have only quality, or levels, or both. Is it possible that you also fill these wells in?

We would also need to add these two columns to the upload file, so we are able to directly add this info in new wells. If so, this would be added also to the download file, right? (since the two are the same). Thanks.
