Enhance accessibility features by providing downloadable resources and transcripts.

Tasks

Create downloadable course materials (PDFs, slides).
Ensure images/video/audio content has transcripts and captions. (this will depend on the timeline)
Review accessibility compliance with OpenEdX best practices.
