Investigate and fix session handling for analysis

There is an issue with the way sessions are being handled when a user:

1. Performs an analysis,
2. Navigates to the Dashboard,
3. Then returns to the Map.

A message sometimes appears asking if the user wants to continue the previous analysis, but when it does, clicking yes does not always automatically zoom back to the correct layer or state.

I think this is what @dimasciput saw:

it's after I performed analysis, click logout, then login and I see this prompt. When I click resume, I am redirected to analysis page but form is empty.
