Make environmental info tags the same colour

I want to give the environmental tags that belong to one group the same color; e.g having freshwater, brackish, limbo-terrestrial in turquoise, logic, lentic in grey, parasitic in orange... is this somehow possible?

@dimasciput Please explain how the Tag Groups works and where all these tags have come from?

A lot of the tags in this list would never of been added so I am confused where they originated.

Ideally we would like a BIMS Table called Tags - then we are able to edit and change the colour assigned to here in the admin.
