Feature Request

The goal of this issue would be to add a Grafana endpoint support on the navbar of Tsukuyomi to make anyone able to track its node activity via Prometheus.

Hey @antiyro I found this issue while scrolling through the OnlyDust X's page and found your tweet leading to this Github issue. I've fiddled with Prometheus and Grafana using Python during my internship, and wanted to give this a try to increase my awareness and exposure. Would you be willing to assist me on this?
