Overwrite recording delay for Timeless Isle rares

Certain rares on Timeless Isle can spawn at many different places and one after another within seconds if you're really lucky, and you can loot them as many times as you want - no daily loot lockout. Since there's no way to control recording delay on a per-rare basis, I would like to see all of the rares on this island have an overall overwrite that sets the recording delay for the rares on the island to something like 10 seconds.
