Do Alfred workflows support updates somehow?

Looks like a python alfred workflow lib has some interesting stuff built-in. http://alfredworkflow.readthedocs.io/en/latest/user-manual/update.html

Check GitHub releases on every run and at least give the user a link for a new release? Might be worth exploring putting something like this in the alfred wrappers out there.

But it relies on the workflow being published via npm, who'd want that :P But I kinda do want to build something similar with SwiftPM-backing now 😅
