libshaderc_combined contains an underscore, not allowed in the AppStore or TestFlight

libshaderc_combined has a non-alphanumeric, hyphen or dot character. It's the underscore that is the problem and will not allow uploads to the Apple AppStore or TestFlight.

I recommend you change it to a dot or a hyphen for the Swift Package Manager and bump the version.

This is difficult to correct on my end since it's an embedded dependency.
