I might have missed it in the docs but it's not clear to me what the upgrade process is for the operator. As a result, it's not clear to me if it is a "seamless" (no down-time) upgrade.

It would be nice if the docs mentioned
1 - how to do an upgrade
2 - what the impact would be (if any) during that process
