this specific commit is working though : 6365708 with
cudnn 8.7.0, xformers 21, torch 1.13, bf16, xformers on, adamw

so definitely something broken

Can you try running it under torch 1? Sd-scripts are not officially supported under torch 2 at the moment. To remove torch issues from the equation try deleting the venv and reinstall with torch 1. That version is as close to kohya's requirements as possible and if problem still occur it is certainly related to sd-script code.
