Some features that would make pareidolia more convenient to use:

  • Read samples from a tabular file instead of the command line (e.g. 2 column text file with condition and path).
  • Add built-in balancing (compute balancing weights if absent from input cool files)
  • Add tutorial for generating pseudo-replicates OR implement --pseudo=X option
