Check for the keys again even if the chosen filename is the same

Hello,

When I choose an h5 or zarr file, plantseg checks for the keys and adds them to the drop-down menu. Often I add more datasets while working on the segmentation and want to open them. However, clicking Choose directory and then picking the same file doesn't load new keys.
