We have recently been working to update scimap to 2.1.0 in our Galaxy implementation (currently at 0.17.7), and we noticed that the save_fig parameter is no longer available in the scimap.pp.rescale() function. We found this feature quite useful as a QC check for gating, and was curious why that feature might have been removed in later versions? Thanks!
