Can I gate .qptiff image?

Hi all,
I am recently learning this package. When I get into the phenotyping part, first I need to manually gate my image. But my image is generated by qupath software and the image type is .qptiff. Napari seems could not read in .qptiff. I wonder if anyone worked with .qptiff and how do you do the gating? Thanks!
