I have a question regarding scimap results obtained after running sm.pl.spatial_interaction. The results are confusing to me. I see some instances where z scores which should by all accounts be insignificant (such as -0.0, though I am unsure why it is negative) showing low p values. Can you shed some light on why this might occur? I expected high and low z scores to be the most significant, which would make sense for plotting purposes.
Sincerely,
Dillon Brownell
