Fork with Android TV support

As mentioned by the author Android TV is not supported and will not be supported. I've created a simple fork that allows you to run LibreTube on Android TV. This is just basic functionality and no design changes. You can simply load the project in something like Android Studio, compile and use adb to run on your Android TV.

I'd welcome pull requests if it seems to work decent enough to be used to use the basic app functionality, so that other users can benefit from your work too.

However, I still don't have any device running Android TV and thus can't be really helpful in continuing this nor providing support about it.

I'm willing to test this on my AndroidTV box. A build for testing would be appreciated.

@cbiere I won't be creating a test build due to time constraints, but you can load it in Android studio and build it from there
