Failed opening required 'vendor/autoload.php'

I installed this on my server and attempted to open it with my browser. I get the following error

[24-Dec-2021 02:25:13 UTC] PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'vendor/autoload.php' (include_path='.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php74/root/usr/share/pear') in /home/orgadmin/public_html/tmp/nitro-porter-main/index.php on line 8

Any idea, I didn't see any config settings that I need to set.

Howdy @nzipfel thanks for checking out the project. I haven't done a formal release yet, so you're playing with the developer build. You'll need to run composer install from the root of the repo to get it running.

I updated the instructions in the README to include that step. I wrote the original instructions in the frame of mind of using a release, not the repo directly, but that wasn't clear at all.

I went through the updated extension, but it just silently fails, I did have to change a path for example after composer install the path ends up under ~/.config/composer/ instead of just ~/.composer/

Either way, it just outputs nothing:

~/.config/composer/vendor/bin/porter  --help

find ~/.config/composer -name porter.log also turns up nothing.

@Gillingham Looks like there were some issues in the CLI output. They're fixed for the next release. Thanks for checking in!
