Subject: Login Delay and Non-Functional Keys Issue

Dear Linux Mint Support Team,

I am experiencing two major issues with my Linux Mint system that have been causing significant frustration:

Login Delay:

After entering the login password, the screen turns black with only the cursor visible for about 2–6 minutes before successfully loading the desktop.
This issue occurs consistently and severely impacts the usability of my system.
Non-Functional Keys:

Certain keys that I use regularly, such as the Delete key, are not working at all. This issue persists across all applications and environments, making it difficult to perform everyday tasks efficiently.
Steps I Have Tried:
Rebooting the system multiple times.
Checking keyboard layout and settings in the system configuration.
Running updates using the apt update && apt upgrade command.
Despite these attempts, the issues remain unresolved.
