What is your project, and what problem does it solve?

Starforge is a licensed actor license generative film app. Actors can license their likeness and earn a royalty from the platform. Creators can choose from a list of actors and make a movie in the likeness of their choice of actors and actresses

Please describe in more detail why this proposal is valuable for the Livepeer ecosystem

Consumer application that has viral potential

Please describe in details what your final deliverable for this project will be.

Mobile application that makes short films that do not use actors likenesses, as that is illegal. Also in the current iteration, the videos are wide but we want the videos to be tall, so it's basically like a generative Tik Tok

How will this deliverable benefit the Livepeer ecosystem?

"Generative TikTok"

Fullstack mobile application that displays short form, vertical videos. Users can swipe up when they are done with a video, and a new video is loaded and displayed. The time spent viewing the video, among other engagement metrics will be used to determine what the user likes to see. Generations are done on the backend based on user preferences.

An app that can be downloaded and used on the Apple/Google play stores

Specify your team's long-term plans to maintain this software and upgrade it over time

Add new AI video models as they are released to improve the quality of generations.

Please describe (in words) your team's relevant experience, and why you think you are the right team to build this project. You can cite your team's prior experience in similar domains, doing similar dev work, individual team members' backgrounds, etc.

I already made the project and won the Livepeer Video hackathon with Encode Club.

Who is your target user group? How do you plan on getting your users to use this?

No specific target demographic or group, simply looking to build for a general audience of people who want to experiment with AI films. I would need some help from Livepeer to market the project.

How did you learn about the Livepeer Grants Program?

En Canada told me about it

Was this project started at a hackathon or another web3 event? Which one?

Yes, Livepeer Video hackathon with Encode Club.

Please include any additional information that you think would be useful in helping us to evaluate your proposal.
