Data analysis scripts for coreshell diffraction patterns


  • calc_angular_profile.py: Calculate angular profiles for all experiment patterns.

  • calc_radial_profile.py: Calculate radial profiles for all experiment patterns.

  • find_features.py: Find absolute angles and relative angles from angular profiles.

  • search_normal_incidence.py: Search normal incidence patterns from raw patterns.

  • calc_size_of_normal_incidence: Calculate the particle size of normal incidence patterns.

  • diffraction_simulation.py: Simulate diffraction patterns for coreshell particle.

  • orientation_determination.py: Determine orientation for general patterns.
