The sugarizer-server lacks unit testing in most of its componets . Adding test for the above two mentioned folder

api/middleware contains essentially presence features, we've got a stress test for it https://x.com/SugarizerApp/status/1339670340952317952
api/contollers/utils contains basic functions only.
