由於各大語言模型供應商模型更新頻率很高，是否有辦法透過環境變數來強制指定所有用戶使用的模型供應商以及可用模型種類與顯示排序？
例如: 環境變數設定 OpenAI，模型選擇 o1,o1-mini,gpt-4o-1120,gpt-4o-mini。此時希望情境是可以覆蓋所有用戶的設定，強制指定為環境變數內容。
