Improve instance display on course page, similar to https://api.onlyoffice.com/editors/alfresco.

Possible things to include:

small thumbnail
document name
document current version
last modified by
links to:
- edit in ONLYOFFICE
- download
- view in browser (embedded in current page or in new page). note, since most browsers don't have this capability natively, open in ONLYOFFICE with editing turned off
