This requires ticket purchasing functionality

Need to figure out what receipt/payment information is needed to meet the standards for those under VAT tax rules. At minimum it would reflect their address and provide a field for them to input their VAT tax number if they need that kind of a receipt/invoice.

Print menu "save to PDF" functionality could be nice for this.
