Translation is not found in editing competency relations

Describe the bug

In the "Relation Type" dropdown menu of editing competency relations screen, the translation for relationType.ASSUMES cannot be found.

To Reproduce

1. Go to any course with on Course Management
2. Go to 'Competencies' tab
3. Go to 'Edit Relations' tab
4. Click on 'Relation Type' dropdown menu
5. See error

Expected behavior

The item which writes the "translation-not-found [artemisApp.courseCompetency.relations.relationTypes.ASSUMES]" should say "Requires".
