Describe the bug

When conducting an exam on artemis and if there is an error, the instructor(s) can make a change to the exercice statement. After the change has been made it notifies the students.
On the top of the screen for the exercice inquestion, a button called "See Changes" appears in the top right corner.
However if a student refreshes the page of the exam, this button disapears, making the student unable to see the changes again.

To Reproduce

  1. Login as an instructor
  2. Create an exam in any course
  3. Login as a student and start the exam and navigate to exercice 1
  4. Have a different instructor change the exercice problem statement
  5. Check that the student gets notified about the change
  6. Notice that the "See Changes" button appears
  7. Refresh the page
  8. Notice that the button is not there anymore

Expected behavior

The button should always be displayed after a change has been made.
