Describe the bug

For some students, the following warning appears when they are trying to clone their repository:
Warning message

Cloning, committing and pushing works for those students, despite the message.

To Reproduce

  1. Create a programming exercise
  2. Participate in the exercise as a student
  3. Click on the clone button and choose token as your clone method one the left
  4. The error sometimes appears

Expected behavior

The message should not appear when cloning / pushing works.
