I plugged in a BTRFS-formatted USB and it appeared in Windows. Unplugging and re-plugging, the device appears un-formatted, but appears fine on my Linux system. In Device Manager, I see this:
In order to get the device to appear again, I must restart Windows. I need to restart every time the device is unplugged.

I'm in the same boat. Secure Boot is disabled here too. Same error, and same reboot requirements each time I re-insert a drive. The first time works great. Using Windows 10.
