PresentMon Service is a service that provides access to the PresentMon SDK functionality as well as other metrics. It acts as an aggregator service that provides an API for multiple clients to consume shared metrics data. e.g., PresentMon Capture Application and PresentMon CLI are both PresentMon Service clients.
