Feature Description

Grievance Submission Page:

Fields: Grievance type (dropdown), description (textarea), submit button.
Action: Submit grievance via POST /api/grievances.
User Dashboard (Grievance View):

Grievance List: Display submitted grievances with status.
Search & Filters: Filter by type, status, and sort by date.
Action: View more details or track status.
Grievance Detail Page (User):

Display: Grievance type, description, status, and resolution details.
Action: Update grievance with comments or attachments.
Admin Dashboard (Grievance Management):

Grievance List: Display all grievances with filters.
Update Status: Admin can mark as resolved or in progress, add comments/notes.
Action: Resolve or escalate grievances.
Grievance Analytics (Admin):

Statistics Overview: Display graphs for open, in-progress, and resolved grievances using data from GET /api/grievances/statistics.
