We require documentation on the process to follow for updating & testing translations during releases.

We currently have enough content in the DEVELOPER_GUIDE markdown file.

As part of this issue, we would have to add more description and make the content more visible. I don't think it's urgent enough for beta, so I'm moving this to the beta:nice-to-have milestone.
